Very meh experience. The job was rushed and the lady working on nails was rude. Made me pay before they started working on my nails ("to not mess up my nails") and I guess she didn't like the tip size because she started being really rude after that, turning off the massage chair while I was still sitting in it and then rushing the manicure. I don't even think they applied the final coat and my nails are chipped already the next day.

I’ve been visiting this salon for over a year. The manicures with gel are always well done & last 3-4 weeks. The pedicures are good as well. I appreciate all the choices for the Luxury treatment. It’s always clean. I do agree with others that the pricing is a little high. $15 extra for gel! The first visit was a mani/pedi combo & I was a bit shell shocked as it was about $30 more than what I was accustomed to.

The lady who did my waxing came in from outside without washing her hands before touching my face. I should have said something but decided to leave it. She was not friendly or personable at all. she also wasn’t gentle but rough. I regret tipping her. They’re expensive and my eyebrows only look okay. The other people besides her, however, seemed friendly. I don’t come here often- only a couple times a year - but I never seem to have a good experience with customer service. I used to love this place when it was owned by a different family. It has changed multiple times however. I don’t recommend business.Service: Waxing
