Our dog is 14, and after moving and traveling over the years, we’ve been through quite a few vets. Ridgetop has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in Washington. Truly, have never had a vet be this thorough. Dr. Maggie took her time with him, even measuring every single one of his lumps - FINALLY!!. I never felt like he was being rushed in and out, and he was incredibly calm with both her and the vet tech.
Dr. Maggie explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and I really appreciated that they walked us through costs before doing anything, no surprise bill at the end. You can just tell they genuinely care about the animals they’re treating.

This is my cat’s primary care. My cat was having digestive issues that did not concern the Animal ER in Poulsbo. Ridgetop gave my cat a same day appointment. The wait wasn’t long.
The DVM and vet techs treated my cat so well. The care team was spot-on with all the tests and imaging to determine his health.
It really helped the process to apply for Care Credit before going in to the appointment. Doing this gave me the confidence to consent to testing and treatment.
My cat is still on the mend but we seem to have the mystery solved—adverse reaction to new food.
I have used ridgetop Animal Hospital for several of my dogs and my puppies as well. I’ve always gotten great care and attention and they try to squeeze you in if at all possible. I don’t think you could get better medical care for your pet than what you can get at Ridgetop, but I do have to say they are a bit on the expensive side.
