I just brought my silky terrier, Sampson home from his grooming with Erin. She has training and experience in grooming show dogs. Erin is patient with the dogs she grooms, which is why she is booked out quite always. Definitely worth the wait. . He looks handsome and his cut is easy to maintain.

I took my new (rescue) dog here on 4/27/23 and was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are. The customer service really shines, and that makes such a difference. I primarily was there to get my dog bathed, and the bather was very good at making "Charlie" as comfortable as possible for what was probably his first bath in a long time. I was surprised they needed an hour and a half (being short-haired, he doesn't need a haircut), but they seem to do a fine job. Moreover, I was shopping for a harness, and one of the staff took quite a bit of time to help me. He seemed quite knowledgeable, and was very friendly.
