We had Bryan come out to do a plumbing inspection several weeks ago. It is a larger house with some unique plumbing issues (40+ years of DIY repairs and recent delayed maintenance). He spent a full day on the inspection and prepared a detailed list of items to be addressed, some very time sensitive such as leaks and other items that could use updating and repairs but not as critical as the active leaks. We were so impressed with Bryan's work that we had him out the other day to repair faulty plumbing and replace old and leaking fixtures. Arnold and Nate did an amazing job with replacing our furnace and helping set up our heating along with fixing or replacing broken pieces i wasn’t even aware about ! their manners and customer service was exceptional, they were kind and considerate while inside my home! super thankful they were able to help!!:))
My landlord hired Mercurio's for a gas leak issue in my rental after the gas company turned off the gas (red tagged) with only a note saying there was a leak in the pipes somewhere. The technician, Dustin, came by and did a fantastic job finding the leak and resolving the issue. He spent hours checking every joint in the gas piping as it was quite difficult to find the leak. The only clue he had from the gas company was that it was maybe happening in one bedroom's walls. Excellent service from Dustin!
