Herdman Plumbers are not only very professional and knowledgeable, but very responsive from the time you call for an appointment to showing up to do the work. They are thorough and follow up, and they deliver excellent customer service. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. Kyle and Christopher are a great team. Jim also helped with fixing a leaking gas pipe.
I was looking for a plumbing company that I thought would be dependable to do good work and be there in the future. I had seen Herdman Plumbing's trucks, and decided to give them a call. Kyle and Christopher came out, and they were both very professional from start to finish. They gave me an estimate; advised when they could do the work and showed up on time. They proved themselves to be knowledgeable about their profession and were extremely diligent helping me to understand what they were doing and why. The also found a gas leak which they will be repairing as soon as they can get the part. I would highly recommend Kyle and Christopher and will call them again when I need their expertise.
Our whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. They were available quickly, showed up right when they said they would, and went above and beyond to help us out! Brett and Chris were super friendly, explained everything really well, and were great to work with. 20/10 experience.
