“Iv had good experiences whenever I go to the Men's Club. But as of late I only request Mimi. She really has my style down and wanted to know what I preferred with my cut. You can't tell she has knows style by the way she dresses and this definitely stood out as she is a professional. I also noticed that she played classical music at here station. A very nice touch!“
“Stylist Natalie is so sweet and great with hair. Ask for her by name.However, the appointment and app system are terrible. If you want a haircut, either walk in and get ready for an hour and a half wait or make an appointment, and get ready for an hour wait. Not the stylist's fault, but still it needs to get fixed. The app system is a disaster. The reality of that app is that you make an appointment to wait in the store. Your current business model is doomed. You either need to fix the app or hire more stylists.We eventually got our haircut by a stylist named Natalie. Natalie did an amazing job and she really saved the day. If it wasn't for Natalie I would never return to Great clips.“
