The Costco Vision Center is a highly recommended eye care facility. Dr. Hammond, the kind and knowledgeable eye doctor, provides excellent care and thorough explanations to patients. The staff, including Michele at the front desk, are described as top-notch, empathetic, and helpful in guiding patients through the testing and ordering processes. The facility is clean, and appointments are on time. Patients appreciate the personal care, interactive experience, and wide selection of frames and lenses available.
Today was my first day purchasing glasses from Costco and it was a great experience. Nice selection of good quality glasses and affordable. Patrick was absolutely amazing and is very knowledgeable. It was great how much was included on the lenses (exp. blue light protection) when usually it’s all upgrade charges with other companies. Super happy with the three pairs that I got today and will definitely be going here from now on.
Most of the reviews on here are for the Ridgetop Vision Care which is separate from the Optical Center. Just an FYI.
Had nose guard on my glasses replaced this date by Monica, who brightened my day. I wasn’t having a great day but Monica was a ray of sunshine. Great customer service skills and very pleasant. She had so much positivity flowing through her and really changed my day for the better. Outstanding employee!
My self and Todd ashamed been going here for over a decade. My vision is pretty stable I did stray once and regretted it!!! My glasses were awful! The test are quick and well explained all the techs are well informed and helpful and find me the right glasses for my face. Not a bad experience yet. Highly recommend them.
