Everything went well! I LOVE Charese! (Sp) She was the only person who wrote me back saying she would come in early so she could help me out! She did a root touch up and also, I asked her on the spot if she could to an eyebrow wax and yes she did! The quality was EXCELLENT and she was friendly and kind! Her prices were more than reasonable too! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Charise saved my hair! Another gal at a different salon had done it on a Monday I was devastated how it came out. I called Charise the next day (Tuesday) explained what happed and sent her photos of what I wanted. Charise turned around and booked me the very next day. My hair looks amazing and I've gotten so many compliments from so many of people! It's not looked this good since I moved 9 yrs ago away from my best friend. I highly recommend and will be going back when it time to do so. thank for saving my hair!!
