Bought a certificate from her for my mom to get her hair done after my mom & I had been loyal clients and been going to her for over a year. My mom got extremely ill and no longer had hair to get done and she refused to refund me and kept all of the money. (Over $250)

Went in 10 mins early and came out with something I didn't ask for(little over 2 hour appointment). She did offer to change it if I didn't like it but I didn't want to do more to my hair. Front of my scalp was swollen from the highlights she put in my hair. I asked for honesty opinions before leaving. Later on also found out my hoodie I was wearing got all wet from her washing out my hair from doing highlights. Wasn't the best vibe. Tipped $50 total $295 Note** New to the area. Wouldn’t recommend. Stay away.

I had an appointment today at 10am, nobody showed, lights were off and door was locked, at 10:10 I get a text stating I am a no-show. CHARESE stated she was running late, when I questioned the no-show notification. Her last statement to me was "Wow, so glad I wont have to deal with clients like you anymore so thank you and have a blessed day!" She obviously doesn't get it, and I definitely won't go anywhere i am not valued as a customer. Disappointing.

Me and my friend went into Beauty in Stomotion to get our hair done and had the worst experience. We both told her what we wanted done to our hair and neither one of us got that done. I was uncomfortable about my haircut when I left but trusted what she did. We were SERIOUSLY overcharged for the services that we got. I contacted her the day after and told her that I really was uncomfortable with the haircut and could it be fixed. She scheduled an appointment for me to come in. That day I got there and she was not there, I tried to call her and she didn't answer and left a voicemail, then I tried to text her with no response. I then tried to call several times again and was sent straight to voicemail every time. I've yet to hear from her. Not only do I feel this is very unprofessional but disrespectful as well. I would not recommend going to her.

Everything went well! I LOVE Charese! (Sp) She was the only person who wrote me back saying she would come in early so she could help me out! She did a root touch up and also, I asked her on the spot if she could to an eyebrow wax and yes she did! The quality was EXCELLENT and she was friendly and kind! Her prices were more than reasonable too! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Charise saved my hair! Another gal at a different salon had done it on a Monday I was devastated how it came out. I called Charise the next day (Tuesday) explained what happed and sent her photos of what I wanted. Charise turned around and booked me the very next day. My hair looks amazing and I've gotten so many compliments from so many of people! It's not looked this good since I moved 9 yrs ago away from my best friend. I highly recommend and will be going back when it time to do so. thank for saving my hair!!
