20/20 Eyecare Center provides excellent customer service. The staff is kind, helpful, and professional, making patients feel well taken care of. They are knowledgeable about insurance and help maximize benefits. The eye doctor is excellent and puts patients at ease. The team is patient and accommodating, working with patients to find the right fit for glasses. While the front desk staff could be more engaging, the overall experience is positive, thanks to staff members like Chelsea who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Patients feel confident in returning to 20/20 Eyecare Center for their eye care needs.
I have had an excellent experience with 20/20 Eyecare in Silverdale since moving to the area! They introduced me to the NeuroLens which is a type of prism to help align my sight to reduce/eliminate double vision and strain. Absolutely love this place! All the staff have been super kind and helpful, including the Dr himself. Highly recommend!

This is the best eye care I've ever had. Dr. Mayes took the time to diagnose and explain the eye issues I had been having, and recommend the best treatment options within my insurance and budget. The staff was friendly and fantastic also. I'll never go to another eyecare center again!
The end of December I started having what I thought was extreme dry eye symptoms. I thought it was possibly a reaction from my contacts. I went to my regular eye doctor and was told everything was fine, take some dry eye drops as needed and I would be fine. My symptoms were getting worse and I was no longer able to see out of my glasses. I went back to my regular eye doctor two more times, and he said the same thing, looks like dry eyes, do some drops and I would be fine.
