Customer service is all excellent here. Wendy worked with us to help us maximize our insurance when purchasing lenses. Jon Williams (the eye doctor) has put my wife's nerves at ease, he is excellent! We will keep coming here for our eye care needs.

The staff here are all incredibly kind, helpful, and professional! I've been coming here for years, and I always feel very well taken care of--- both for the health of my eyes and the ease of handling the associated admin/insurance/paperwork side of things.

I want to give a shout out to Chelsea for her exceptional patience and service!I’m a hard case because I have a bump on my nose that makes it difficult to get the right fit for glasses.The first pair rubbed my nose raw, peeling skin off. So she worked with me and I was able to find another pair of replacement glasses that are cute and comfortable. Win win!I hope the owners are paying her well because she really stepped up for me. And good customer service is so important, especially since it seems non existent these days.I gave four stars because the only negative is that the front desk staff could be more engaging.
