The Visual Connection

The Visual Connection, located on Wheaton Way, is a reputable business for addressing optometry needs. They have friendly and helpful staff members, such as Cathleen, who go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The optometrist is described as professional, nice, and thorough, making customers feel comfortable while explaining the details of their appointment.

One customer highlighted the kindness and advocacy of a specific employee, possibly an assistant to the doctors, during an optic emergency. The business has been praised for its top-notch service, leaving customers feeling confident.

However, there is room for improvement in the hands-on assistance provided by staff members when helping customers select and try on glasses. Despite this, the Visual Connection's convenient location and busy atmosphere contribute to its positive reputation.
