As a first-time home owner, it felt intimidating for the inspector to find mold + rodents in the attic + crawl space we wanted. As you know, estimates for mold work can vary very widely. After having a very frustrating experience of having more than a few contractors bid for the project, with estimates as high as $14,000 and a median of $8,000, suggesting over-the-top work like adding many more vents (against the inspectors recommendation), and many not being able to perform the full scope of the work — we finally found David.
