“I've been going to Faith for 2 years and she has helped alot with my chronic shoulder and neck pain. This is not a typical spa massage. Her first sessions can be intense, but after going to her for 2 years, my body has improved. Her massage style helps heal your stress tension. The pressure is similar to rolfing (spot treatments with deep pressure). I used to go to many massage therapists at spas all over the country, but I felt their deep tissue massages were not deep enough for me since I would tense back up in a short time. I started to go twice a week in the beginning, combining my chiropractor sessions for first 6 months. It had a huge improvement in my chronic pain. Now I go see her once every 2 weeks since I can feel how much my pain has reduced. After each session, I try to drink lots of water and even take an epsom salt bath so that my muscles feel less sore the next day. I highly recommend if you deal with chronic pain and stress.“
