Trinda is truly a gem. I had a reflexology session and was surprised at how relaxed and grounded I felt just from her working on my feet! I could have fallen asleep but forced myself to stay awake so that I could enjoy it :-) In addition to being highly skilled, she is incredibly lovely, thoughtful and kind as well. I feel lucky to have found her.
I highly recommend Trinda! I came in with very sore and tight muscles in my legs, and she did an excellent job helping to release the tension. She was very skilled and attentive, and she worked on the problem areas without causing any pain or discomfort. After my session, my legs felt much better and much more relaxed. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, gentle, and effective, I would definitely recommend her services.
I had a wonderful massage from Trinda Hartman. I had had a total knee replacement and still had quite a bit of edema in that leg. I was specifically looking for lymphatic drainage and that did help with that, but it really helped me to relax. Trinda was very professional and helped me so much!
