Wow! Where do I start? Kyle is a true life saver!! After having another companies “professional” come out and misdiagnose the issue with our heat, the whole system stopped working while he was “waiting for a part for a few days”. Kyle came out, and within 5 minutes was able to correctly diagnose the system and it was fixed in minutes. No part nessisary!! You can tell the great reps vs the bozos and Kyle is no bozo!! After 10 days with no heat and no hot water, all I can say is give this guy a standing ovation and a raise!! Life saver!! A+++!!
Kyle from NW Mechanical came out on a Service call. Not only was he fast, efficient and clearly had deep knowledge of the boiler system in place, but was very patient with my questions. He fixed it rapidly and had great suggestions on how to maintain properly. Highly recommend the team from NW Mechanical. They have consistency across their team and everyone who has come out has been highly competent. Great and well run company.
