I have been a client here for seven or eight years and had been very happy with their services for my cats. But after today, I will never go back. One of my cats has trouble keeping her rear end clean, so I brought her in for a "sanitary trim." The technician spent at most two minutes running clippers up her backside, and they charged me FIFTY-TWO dollars. I was expecting more like $15. When I expressed shock, the attitude of the receptionist was basically "Tough s**** what's your card number?" This clinic hasn't been taking new clients for quite some time, but maybe there's room now! You've been warned about their prices, however.

Extremely irritated by Cat's Exclusive. My cat was a patient for many years, but because we haven't been in 3 years, partly due to COVID we were booted off their patient list. I'm sure there are other caring Vets out there, but starting from the beginning with an elderly cat is challenging.

I walked in and the receptionists looked like they had seen an alien. As soon as I walk through the door, they look at each other and roll their eyes..as if they have never seen a client before in their life. Not the environment I was looking for. Maybe find some positive front desk people. If it weren't for the Veterinarians....I would not schedule at this place.
