Honestly, I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but since switching my care to Dr. Yao’s office, I now actually look forward to it. He and all of his staff are kind, non-judgmental, and practical, while also being very thorough and maintaining high attention to detail. I am so glad I found Dr. Yao’s office and would highly recommend him to everyone!
I am very impressed with the attention and care received. I came out of the clinic with better understanding of my dental condition and how to make things better. The images shown to me were quite helpful.
They also went an extra mile explaining my dental benefits . The attention to details was excellent.
Is there a sixth star?! Five stars seems not enough
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yao, Julie, Eva, and Jane! Julie is so on top of things and let's me know exactly what's going on with my insurance and balance, which is much appreciated. Eva and Jane are both so kind and gentle. I need quite a bit of work done and Dr. Yao took the time to create 3 different treatment plans, explained all the pros and cons, and provided estimates. I love that I never feel pressured to get work done. It's really on my timeline.
