They really care about animals here! A different, larger vet hospital carelessly left an IV catheter in my cat after her surgery and I unfortunately only noticed when I got home. I had just let her out of the transport crate, she was so traumatized from being at the vet for 8 hours and going through surgery that I really didn't want to shove her back in the crate and go all the way back to that vet to get the catheter out. Out of desperation, I carried her to Cascade since it's a nearby hospital. I explained to them how it was left in her and they were very compassionate. My bernedoodle suffers from high anxiety. When I took her to Cascade she would NOT get out of the car. So Dr. Taylor and her staff performed the exam/shots/etc in our car. They are so amazing, accommodating and kind. This is my fourth dog over several years and Cascade is the best vet I have ever had!
I was going to the Sr Center and wanted to take my dog. I'm required to show all current shots. I called Cascade and Tegan, THE GREATEST IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!!!, answered the phone. I explained what I needed and TEGAN, THE GREATEST IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!! Told me the records would be ready shortly.
