Thus company has been prepaid for a job over 2 weeks ago. For a simple cleaning! They continue to put off scheduling this simple job. Unfortunately at this point I would absolutely not recommend using thus roofing company! I may revise this review. We will see? We'll yes they did come to clean roof, however after being told we need 3 hooks to ensure safety for the crew. The finished without hooks. I tried to call the office to demand money back(half the price of the job) no answer ! This guy rushed to put the hooks in AFTER the job was done! Beware this roofing company is a scam! And not honest and over priced!!

Left our bathroom vent just laying in the attic. Can't seem to get them to make time to come fix it. We have mold in our bathroom now from not being able to run the vent so that's great. I'll update if they make time to come finish the job we paid them a lot of money to do.

I'm very happy with the re-roof of our mobile and pump house. The roof Doctor crew did a good job with the small details like the edge of the roof trim and installing new vents. They cleaned up the worksite very well after the job was done. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Doctor Steve from the Taylor Town Roof Doctor for our recent repair. A leak was from a bathroom vent and Steve found that the vent cap on the roof was cracked. I accepted a very fair quote to have it and three other vent hoods replaced. The repair was carried out on time and at the quoted price and the patient has recovered! Thanks Roof Doctor we are lucky to have such an efficient service in our community.

Steve took good care of my roof. He was always polite and professional, even when I wasn't. I would recommend your company to friends, family and strangers. It was 5 weeks instead of 4, they said between 8 and 9am but arrived at 7. This was not a problem but unexpected. Still a job well done.
