After calling about 10 different places for a specific product, and not finding what I needed, I called Precision. They answered right away. Although they didn't have the product I was looking for, the sales person walked me through exactly what I needed and even figured out the amount I needed. It turned out that I was looking for the wrong product for my job. He was so thorough, kind, and informative. I would be happy to do business with this company any time.
