Steven came out to unplug my bathroom sink. With a snake he would have charged an amount. He took it apart and Gould put it was the basin plunger and cleaned it and only charged for a simple diagnostic visit. Most Company’s would have done the snake and charged me the full price but Steven was honest and made me very happy. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone e
