Dan is amazing! Olympic Lock & Key was the only locksmith open after 5pm. I called for help tonight because my dogs locked me out of my car while it was running and the heater was on full blast, I was freaking out because they started panting while I was trying to get in by myself, Dan said it would take him a little bit to get to me, so I decided to keep trying while I was stuck waiting, well I finally got in myself and called him to let him know, he was only about 2 minutes away at that time, he said he was hurrying because he's a dog lover as well, I told him I was so sorry, I felt so bad that he drove all that way for me and then I didn't need him anymore....but... read full review

These guys are the best in town, my go to for lock outs or copies of keys. I docked 1 star because I recently needed a padlock and was disappointed to see a wall of Masterlocks for sale. That brand is garbage, same as Brinks. Would be nice to see them offer a range from better brands like Toledo that are not susceptible to wave picks, comb picks, shimming, or bumping. Abus 'Granit' series are excellent but pricy.

I cannot sing high enough PRAISE for the service I received late at night! Not only did my technician show up quickly to unlock an exterior utility room door to uncover a broken water pipe that had been running for weeks, he tried to shut off the main water supply. When we were unsuccessful, he called the city water company, who referred him to the fire department to shut off the water! He made the call and WAITED for them to show up to assist me! The man was an angel, and shame on me for not asking his name! I would strongly recommend Olympic Lock and Key for you locksmith needs!
