Their service technician, Greg, is an outstanding debug engineer. We have been a customer 14 years. Because of their excellent service, we chose them to install a heat pump at our rental. Their install team was excellent as well.

We had Greg come out to check on our furnace after seeing our energy use jump over 150%. We were thinking we’d need a new furnace, but Greg checked everything out and fortunately it was a simple fix!

My complete and obsolete heat pump system was replaced In a five hour time window. The install was done to my satisfaction with very little intrusion into my life style. Cost of replacement and follow-up was and is within reason. Mason county is lucky to have them in our area. I am a forty-three year retired automotive hvac tech.
