Really bad experience with haircut and highlights. Don't waste your money here. Find somewhere the stylists care about what they are doing.

Stylist do a great job. Problem occurred when I tried to move my appointment. They told me I would have to pay for half the services scheduled because it wasn't 72hr notice. It is absolutely ridiculous to think that people don't have last minute situations or emergencies that derail the best laid plans. I just wanted the appointment moved...even pushed back a couple of hours would of worked. The original appointment was made months ago & I never responded to text confirming the appointment because I wasn't sure I could make it work. Unfortunately, my boss won't take I have a hair appointment to miss a special project.
