“I order a lot of flower arrangments and it is always frustrating when I have to ask the recipient if they arrived, send a picture, etc. I was very pleased with the beautiful and extensive number of arrangements they have pictured online. I compared theirs with several other florists in the area and theirs were more unique and beautiful. I paid extra to have them delivered before 3 PM and they did just that. They remembered to include the chocolates, which I appreciated. I received a picture of the arrangement before it left the shop. My daughter had just gotten a promotion and was very moved and thrilled by the gorgeous and unusual arrangement. She said the flowers were nice and fresh with clean water. I received a picture of it upon delivery to confirm it arrived on time. I think their communication was the best I have ever had from a florist and I'm surprised and sad to see that some people haven't had the same experience. In any case, it seems to me they are working very hard to improve in every way and taking the few complaints they do recieve very seriously. I will definitely be using them again. Give flowers while someone is alive to enjoy them, people! It's worth every penny to brighten someone's day.“
