“This was our Christmas Disaster: both of my children and their families came down with COVID days before Christmas and (in one case) leaving for vacation. AND one of the adults had a landmark birthday coming up. What did we do besides delivering presents to the porches of the quarantined? At the last minute, Melissa made up festive deliveries of flowers AND wine/macarons/fruit/anything else that was appropriate to each family. From what I heard, these beautiful surprises gave the most joy to each family (not counting a Godzilla action figure that an 8 year old got!). Thank you, Melissa! “During my week stay in the area, I popped into this Albertsons twice. Tip: Register your number with either Albertsons or Safeway to get the Membership (lower) prices. Each shopping trip was a breeze, mostly because my list was short. At any rate there was always available parking on the side of the building and everything was nicely organized. This made finding things that I wanted very easy. It seems to be a fairly small store, however, I felt like they offer a very respectable variety of items. I didn't have to venture out to a specialy store (ahem Trader Joe's or Whole Foods) to obtain the "special" items that I wanted. I like that they are still employing the people - I didnt notice any self checkout lanes just 3 lanes with people as Cashiers and assisting with bagging. That's a thumbs up from me.“

“There would never be enough words to give TJ and her team the praise that they deserve. Garden Party Florals did our NYE wedding for us at Kiana Lodge and everything about working with them was a dream. My parents are florists in mid-Michigan, so flowers are near and dear to our hearts and whoever did the flowers for my wedding had some BIG shoes to fill, but I can confidently say that TJ far exceeded any expectations. She was so kind and wonderful and made an emotional thing for my whole family on a very emotional day just perfect. She was patient in working with my florist father on designs and decorations, worked on a holiday to decorate the venue and create a dream wedding design for us, and overall just made sure that we were so taken care of. If you're considering working with TJ at all, I couldn't recommend her more highly.“
