I have mixed reviews. this team has been absolutely amazing at coming to my home and fixing minor issues on more than one occasion. My one negative experience was when there was roof damage that went unnoticed in my trailer for several weeks in the month of January with massive rains. They thoroughly replaced my the roof but despite being reminded via text message to assess the floors they did not, I only found the roof leak because there was standing water in my trailer. My floors are now completely falling apart and luckily my insurance reopened the claim because I had proof that I even reminded them to assess the floors for water damage because of the standing water. I am wondering if it was an oversight because I would really think that if a whole new roof is needed and it has to be dried out for months due to water damage that the floor would be assessed. But again every other experience has been wonderful and will likely use them again for minor fixes.
I recently had Adventure RV Repair come out to take a look at a slide-out issue along with a few other minor problems, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had everything working smoothly again in no time.
Called in and scheduled service and awning wasn't working. Checked the awning and motor was shot and I knew the awning needed replacement after 12 years - got all the routine maintenance done while waiting the parts. Also checked and they located a lower price OEM motor ($ saved) Completed in about a week and no runaround like the big places. Good guys for service
