“Wished I had known about this place sooner!!! It was my first experience so I wasn't sure what to do. I called and left a voice message and got a call back from a wonderful lady named Michelle, and she was multitasking so she did have to.place me on hold but it's totally fine with me as I was nervous and wanted to make sure this was a good choice for not just my dog but me as well. I am getting older so my body's not as strong as my mind remembers... those bathtubs that raise are amazing and I thought it was gonna be more difficult than it was to get my water hating dog into it. Now it did take my partner getting his back end and I had front end of our 75 or 80 pound mutt to get into bathtub, and my belly fat kept unlocking the latch ???. But I am sure next time we can cut the 30 minutes into the 20 minutes slot, but still worth ever penny of that 40 bucks and tip!!!! It's truly a wonderful place and I know I will return with Capone (my dog) very soon now I know what I need to do ? my back appreciates you being here!!!!”
