Absolute the best you could ask for.After 30 years spending in pain because of my sciatica, visiting doctors, specialists, trying everything that humanly possible... With Kevin's help I'm actually feeling, moving much better. I can sleep through the nights without being in in pain, do my own shopping, house work, even gardening and have a full-time job.All it took was 9 months and a couple of visits per months meanwhile doing the excercises he suggested.You gotta go and experience it for your own sake.

Having a career as a software engineer sitting at computers, I used to get weekly therapeutic massage for the dreaded computer-neck and other conditions caused by prolonged sitting. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest I looked around for a good massage therapist and none seemed to be strong enough. So glad I found Kevin since he sure fits the bill in that area. He has been able to loosen areas that have been stiff for many years. I have more freedom of movement and am able to walk 8-10 miles or more a week with little pain and stiffness. I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and the Sequim Gym.

When I first started going to Kevin, I had an almost constant pain in my hip. I was taking ibuprofen daily to manage the pain, and it was affecting my ability to walk. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable about many types of treatment modalities, and he developed a plan for me that included included massage, Active Isolated Stretching and cupping, This treatment plan has been so effective that I no longer take any pain medication and have been able to go on several walking tours which involved walking 8-10 miles a day.
