“Suffering from a clogged parotid salivary gland on a Sunday, the day before New Year's, I was happily shocked when Nancy answered my desperate phone call. She set me up for Monday morning, which I appreciated immensely. She knows her stuff when it comes to acupuncture. In the meantime, she offered some very effective pain relief solutions as I'm off OTC meds for the time being. She spent over an hour getting to know me and my traumas so as to best determine where to place the " pins" as she called them. She was very caring, gentle and careful about placement, inquiring often to be sure I was okay. Although it was not an instant fix, things have been steadily improving and I'm extremely happy with the service I received. This was my first experience with a local acupuncturist and I couldn't be more pleased. I've already recommended her to three other people.“
