Jim did an excellent job replacing our roof!! We were so happy with his work and appreciated that he kept on the job until it was done. I was concerned a crew would show up unsupervised but were delighted that Jim showed up every day. In addition to the roof we he did some significant repair work due to water damage on the exterior, as well as, an interior ceiling. Both jobs look absolutely perfect! We asked him to replace railings on two small entrance decks which he did quickly and again did a professional job. It made it so much easier for us to have one company do all of the work we needed. Jimmy is now the sole proprietor of Nailed It! Contracting and Roofing. We had various needs, including a patch where a chimney vent previously went through the roof, taking an old v entryway out, siding, skirting, and two last minute porches.There were only two of them, and they had other jobs that needed work as well with much more pressing deadlines, something we were informed of and were happy to work through. The siding we were using was not something they had a great deal of experience with, so we did have some nail spacing issues as noted by the L&I inspector. Jacob, Jimmy and crew!! WOW! Thank you so much for your exceptional quality work and fast turnaround. Tear off, roof repair, dry in and re-roofed in a couple days for a very fair bid. These young guys have an extremely strong work ethic. Rare in these days. I have a ton of respect for that. On time, extremely polite and professional.
