I contacted My physician via MY Chart concerning a debilitating heart condition and instead of my Doctor some incompetent nurse told me to make an appointment with one of Jamestown's providers. The information I provided was between me and my Doctor not some nurse. The message was to my Doctor only. One other concerning issue is Jamestown runs through people like Popcorn. I have been with Jamestown for over 20 years and the service has deteriorated severely.

I've had a nightmare of a time getting care coordinated here the past year. Been a patient since covid started, injured my back at work over a year ago and haven't gotten anywhere with it. 3 MRIs, several days of nerve conductivity tests, heart monitor, EKGs later & zero pain management for the whole year i needed it. one year later i finally get referal to a place 3 hours away no thank you!! have had 3 different primary care physicians here, none of them know whats going on with my body, however my insurance is getting billed like its a blank check book. Worst doctor ever!! I quit!!

Nice facility, but hard to find long term provider. My provider was switched 6 times in 6 years. The provider is too busy entering data into patient record and doesn't LISTEN to patient. Too much of an impersonal assembly line treatment approach. Much happier with private practice doctor who listens to me and treats me like an individual.
