I have found the Jamestown clinic to be an excellent care-giving facility, and I am a frequent user of the resources! I like how the check-in process is efficient, whether on line or in person, and I believe the 15 arrival before one’s appointment makes it all-in-all a smooth operation. I never spend much time waiting to be called back for an appointment, and even the wait for lab or an X-ray is not long.With the exception of a couple of front desk secretaries, the attitude of the staff is upbeat and accommodating, all the way through the nurses, PA’s to the Dr. I feel that I am heard and my information relayed to the Dr prior to his/her arrival to the room.My...read full review

Doctors are 5 star but lab waiting room is so small there is no chance of having any medical privacy your names called out pound the the techs are in the next room discussing your test and doctors notes with everyone in the lab waiting are to here all your protected healthcare information

We are seniors and are very pleased with the care we receive at Jamestown. Very short waiting time. The employees are very friendly and quick at getting you signed in. The Nursing staff has been friendly and very good at interviewing you for your visit. But the most important is the care you get from the Doctors you are seeing. The PA, ARNP, and of course the MDs. We are currently seeing Dr. Josh Huhndorf. He is very attentive to our concerns. He listens to us, then checks the computer to verify the information he is giving us. He orders whatever tests we need. He will refer us to a specialist and order us what equipment needed. Spends as much time as needed with us....read full review
