A horrible experience! New heated floor installed never worked in bathroom. Hughes never responded to me after numerous attempts to try & fix the problem. Terrible lack of communication & respect for customer. They kept putting me off. They also installed my gas fireplace. Horrible job. There are nuts & bolts showing with screw holes. Not pleasing to the eye at all. I would not recommend them & buyer beware! Hughes is not out for customer satisfaction!

Hughes Concepts installed a tile floor that was supposed to be heated in my bathroom. It never worked and I tried numerous times to contact them to correct the problem. They blew me off and never got back to me. They also installed a gas fireplace, which looked horrible with nuts and bolts and little screw holes showing. Not pleasing to the eye at all! They don't seem to care about their customer & apparently are not interested in their satisfaction. I would never recommend them to anyone! Buyer beware!

From Chelsey, the designer, to Spencer, the cabinet installer, to Shane the floor installer, they were all top notch. All construction takes time and in this environment of material shortages and delayed shipments, these folks stayed on it. We are loving our new kitchen!
