They are a wonderful place to take your pets. The staff up front are always friendly and accepting (even when my dog is being a pain) the vets themselves are very accommodating and have gone above and beyond to help me solve the issues my pup has without breaking my bank. They even do payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the whole bill at once. I absolutely love them and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a vet
The entire staff was so caring! I am truly amazed at how well they cared for me and my injured pup! It’s amazing how far just a little love and empathy can go in our community! I’m now a new client for life!
Mckylee was fantastic with communication—she explained everything clearly, helped us schedule our spay/neuter, and walked us through an abnormal condition one of our kittens had so we knew exactly what to expect. The team offered microchipping, kept us updated throughout the procedure, and their pricing was very fair. Most importantly, they took wonderful care of our babies.
For anyone wondering about the rabies requirement: Washington State law requires all dogs, cats, and ferrets to be up to date on rabies vaccination—clinics are obligated to verify this to protect patients, staff, and the community (WAC 246-100-197). They’re not being difficult;... read full review
