Icka (Jessica) has been tattooing since 2013. Specializes in realism, cover ups, lettering, water color, fine line and customized tattoos. At Salinas Tattoo Studio we have Tattoo specials throughout the year for new and existing clients to take advantage of amazing deals. Consultations and appointments are by appointment. Icka is also certified in pmu for eyebrows. This service includes micro blading, powder shading or a combination of the two. Price for tattoos is hourly unless told otherwise.
