Yes!!!! I don't remember my drains running so clean. When I had part of my pipe changed, I saw the gunk on the inside of my pipe. There was at least 1/8" of gunk on the inside. I had no idea. Andrew came over from Zoom after sending his photo so I knew who was coming. Andrew checked everything out and explained my options. I chose the water cleaning and was happy I did. I also purchased the monthly cleaner so the drains stay clean. I totally recommend Zoom!
