Awesome Senseis, the group classes are really fun and lots of different ages, types of people. I lost a bunch of weight working out here and have also gained a ton of knowledge in self defense, discipline, and learning I CAN do things if I never thought I could if I work hard enough. I also love that this dojo is women owned! Master Jennifer is such a compassionate person who has taught me so much in the two years I have been coming. Sensei Raven is pretty awesome too, it’s a really well rounded team to help you achieve your goals.

Before training here, I carried a deep fear of conflict—especially anything physical. I was nervous, unsure if I’d even belong in a dojo. But this place met me where I was, and something in me has shifted.
Through this training, I’ve discovered a kind of confidence and capability I didn’t know I could access. I stand taller now. I move through the world with more awareness and calm, and it's spilled over into every part of my life.

In the 9 months my 10 year old son has been going to Z-Ultimate crown hill I’ve seen a change for the better in him. A greater level of self confidence and self discipline.
The senseis are all incredible and the owner, Master Jennifer is a delight. The team cares deeply for the growth of their students and sees each child as the individual they are.
I highly recommend Z-Ultimate crown hill if you’re looking for an activity for your child that will leave them a better person. I can’t wait to start my younger daughter once she is old enough.
