What can I say , Katie apodaka what was my social worker (2014) I stayed in casa de los amigos (girls house ) for almost 5 months, Matt , Mario , Veronica, Jamie , Sarah ,Alma I will never forget any of who who had a huge impact in my life coming to the US , such an strange country, all I can say is THANK YOU . ? Thank you for taking care of me, A total stranger, an immigrant , a 13 year old kid who was separated from her mother at such a young age due to ice, I will forever be grateful because you guys gave me a roof, food clothes and more importantly kindness. Thank you

I was in that place and it was an excellent service. I really liked it. I had many memories there with the young people and the workers are super cool. It has my 5 stars ? greetings ?

The shelter is really nice, clean, warm and cozy, however staff can be too liberal. Often they will let people staying there get away with too much, taking other people's food, leaving the bathroom and kitchen a mess not; cleaning up after themselves. Loud and noisey during the night, common courtesy and respect is packed. And staff tend to let it slide. But over all it's a very nice community and cozy environment just need to crack down on rules more so that the place is comfortable for everyone.
