I don't normally do review but doing one for this law office means a lot. Keith Shepherd is the best. Getting involved in an accident is just horrible no matter what. But getting his help is just getting all the confidence you need. He is easy to talk to. He takes his time to listen and he exactly knows what to do. He is knowledgeable to every insurance he has to deal with and not only he takes care of the case but he works on how to get you the best outcome. And the best part, you feel he truly cares and is compassionate on what he does.

if your claim means anything to you don't use this guy. he wasted two years of my time and when it was time to file or lose the claim he just quite. I believe he was working for the insurance company the whole time. before i hired this dump truck i check him out here,i believe the reviews here are fake.this guy is the worst lawyer i ever saw and i have had to use a public defender before. I trusted this guy to guide me through this mess and he steered me wrong at every turn.

I met with Keith shortly after my car accident and I loved how he LISTENED to me, spoke slowly in ways that I could understand (since I'm not an attorney) and gave me all my options and advice he legally could. I chose him as my attorney after being the victim of a car accident resulting from road rage of the driver how rear ended me. I thought since i was the not-at-fault driver that I wouldn't need an attorney because it was pretty straight forward. Quickly I learned quite the opposite.
