Michan is extremely knowledgeable about windows! She educated my wife and I about the different brands, the different types and different styles of windows. We had never replaced all our windows in a home before. Michan actually cared about not only what type of windows we would need; she also gave us design advice on how each style of window would look. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She never steered us towards a more expensive window, or the cheapest products and try to close the sale quickly. Michan's had our back through a lot of home renovation. From the moment I contacted her, she's been prompt and super knowledgeable. We're West Seattle locals and appreciate her local touch. She drew up a concept sketch of our 1918 Craftsman to bring it back to its original character, and our house looks night and day better than it did with its previous mish-mash of unmatching windows. We've sourced several windows from her and have more to go yet. Highly recommend her & West Seattle Window & Door to everyone we meet.

We initially had West Seattle Window replace 2 very large windows on the top floor of a century old 5 unit apartment building. One of the existing aluminum windows had cracked and Michan was able to get a crew out the next day to tape it up to make it safe until the new windows arrived. Her crew was able to safely get 2 windows that were over 10 ft. long around multiple very tight corners and up several flights of stairs and did a great job on the installation and clean up.
