I’ve been a Warby Parker fan for several years and have visited multiple locations in Seattle and the Bay Area. Even though I have to find street parking, I consistently prefer this location because the staff are so helpful, experienced, and patient. I’ve also had the best results with frame adjustments here — they really take the time to get the fit just right.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured. They had a great selection for frames and the prices were good. Even though they don't take VSP insurance they applied for out of network benefits on behalf right there in the store. Highly recommend them if you need new glasses.

Personally, I found the in-store experience seamlessly positive; whereas their online purchasing didn’t work for me.
My friend and I both needed new prescription glasses; however, there’s close to a 40 yr difference in our ages. I needed Progressives; she did not. It was very helpful and facilitated our getting this process completed quickly … and it as enjoyably as I can imagine recognizing that I do NOT like clothes (or glasses) shopping.
