I recently discovered that a nearly 50-year-old record was still showing up (on a background check) even though it was supposed to be dismissed 45 years ago. Silke Petersen responded to my inquiry. She tried numerous ways to help me get paperwork or any information (at no cost to me) that would help me resolve this.
