I’ve been working with Stephen for a few months. He takes a very personalized approach to make sure we’re focusing on movements and exercises that are hitting our target muscle groups. We’ve also used laser / red light therapy as well as shockwave therapy which have been very effective. I’d highly recommend him and Vida to anyone who is looking for wholistic recovery.
I have been treated for acupuncture by Michaela for a few months now for chronic tight shoulder/upper back and acute lower back pain. Compared to other experiences I have had with acupuncture, her dry needling technique has been more effective. I appreciate that as I have been strengthening my lower back, she listened to where I was feeling new pains to target supporting tight muscles and improve my overall workout efficacy.
The front desk staff, specifically Gabe, was super helpful to get my insurance situated with good communication. Overall good experiences at this location.
Dr. Q is amazing when I first started seeing him I wasn’t able to set and stand due to tailbone pain. Dr.Q was able to diagnose what the problem was and he was able to fix the issue. I am always going in for adjustments regular and it has also helped so much! My kids have also started seeing Dr. Q and have seen results! Your amazing Dr.Q!!!!!!
