Be warned- surgeon vs assistant. Waste of time. If you want to see a surgeon, you must have failed non- surgical attempts to improve your situation. This location also pushes you to go back to any previous surgeon you may have seen- regardless if you are seeking a second opinion. Their words, β€œWe really like patients to try to work it out with their previous surgeon β€œ. If you see an assistant, all the assistance can offer is PT, rest and Ibuprofen. Save yourself frustration and disappointment- go anywhere else than UW Husky Stadium Sports Medicine. πŸ‘Ž

Doctor Jennifer Weiss Jarett is very unprofessional and aggressive with her practices. I do not tolerate any discrimination or bigotry because of my skin color and the way I look. Right off the bat this doctor brought up instances instead of doing her job with the inital follow up. My insurance doesn't pay you to express concerns for a staff member who was unprofessional over the phone. Do not come to this sports medicine facility unless if you want to tolerate racism and being discriminated.

A surgery coordinator by the name of Kirsten Halloran who works with Dr. Kweon office was very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Kirsten texted my cell phone at 7AM in the morning to notify me about last minute appointment 7 hours from the time the coordinator messaged me. Kirsten was absolutely unprofessional with the way they conducted themselves over the phone with their personal feelings. Kirsten needs more efficient training as a surgery coordinator, you do not get personal over the phone then hang up on the patient when they are still talking on the phone. If you do your research on the reviews here, you can tell someone in the scheduling department doesn't know how to do their job.

Scheduling nightmare. I had one appointment scheduled for a month out. Two days before they made me schedule with someone else. This other provider then made me once again schedule with a completely different facility. When it came to scheduling with them I now have to wait for a whole another month before I can see a doctor. This is very inconvenient as my symptoms are rather debilitating on some days.

Next time I’m injured I hope I just die so I don’t have to deal with this kafkaesque excuse for a care system.

this center is only for rich people.. 30+ mins talk in a room will charge you nearly $500 without any better understanding of the physical problem. I would recommend all stay away from this evil facility.

I am writing this review specifically as it relates to one of the physicians: Dr Lauren Paladino, DO. I have chronic health issues and if I cannot exercise, my pain worsens. Sometimes, I have acute issues come up that make it hard for me to exercise. Dr Paladino has so far helped alleviate two separate issues that have been plaguing me for years. I saw several specialists and had multiple injections for these problems, but the pain persisted. Dr Paladino heard my complaints, made her own diagnosis, and treated me accordingly. So far, she has helped resolve two of these "chronic" issues and is now working on a few others. With her help, I am confident I can keep doing what I need to minimize my pain and keep going. I am so grateful for her help! I would like to add, her support staff is always patient and respectful and I am very grateful for them as well!

I am on the fence with UW at the stadium. I was offended regarding the surgeons PA's apparent disregard to my primary doctor's treatment plan to keep me functional and the lack of asking anything about me as a person, what I do for work and what I do in my personal life . When they ask me, then they may make an informed opinion as to why I am on certain medications. The lack of looking at my body as a whole and what arthritis and other medical issues is doing to me and my physical and mental wellbeing. I bust my ass daily and I can barely get out of bed. Sometimes I roll out and have to use my wall to stand up. It is painful. If my spine surgeon didn't make certain demands and understands what I suffer through knowing my whole life so to speak being asked to do things that would cause more pain and anxiety is not for me. It should not be forced to rip off my bandaid which is what is holding this mess of my body together to receive permanent treatment at my age (42). I do not know if this was intentional. I hope not. It made me angry enough to seek a second opinion which I have never done before. I left with more questions then what I went in with. The staff was polite and the building was clean. I am still giving a high enough review regardless of how I felt as they are a good clinic and are highly respected in their field. I don't like being looked down on and feeling dirty for taking medications that keep me from being a permanent occupant of my bed and barely cuts the edge off the pain in my spine, joints and hip. I'm under The care of 2 Doctors for that medication. Trust me if I didn't need it I wouldn't take it. Maybe a little sensitivity training and patient engagement training could go a long way with certain types of patients.

I was first here 10 years ago for a torn labrum in the left shoulder . Dr Gee was the man everything he said came true and the labrum is good today as it was when he fixed it . In addtion i was back in 2 years later after tearing my bicep once again Dr Gee fixed it and i have never had to look back . In 2016 after a horrible Motorcycle accident who did i go see about my Knee you got it Dr Gee once again cleaned everything up and it is still solid . I could not be happier . I have now gone and done it again this time tears in the Rotator we will see what magic he can work this time around . Skill set i would say this facility is top notch
