This is the BEST nail place!!! Everyone is sooo kind! Rachel, the owner, was so kind to do my nails even though they were all booked! Beatrice at the front desk was so kind and making sure I was comfortable! I cannot recommend enough!!

Quality of service is consistently decent, usually very good. However, they are always playing most obnoxious music I've ever heard at any salon. I have pretty eclectic taste when it comes to music, but the playlists in rotation there really damper the experience. On top of that, the music so loud I can't even drown it out with noise canceling headphones. If they could keep it at a moderate volume and stick to more neutral playlist this would be a top pick spot.

I love urban nail box. I've gotten gel extensions as well as regular gel manis and am consistently impressed by how long my nails last. I've never had an extension fall off and the gel has lasted close to 3-4 weeks for me. They use quality polishes (opi and gel bottle, my personal favorite) and their techs are quick and accurate. Pricing is competitive and transparent, booking can be done online, and I think they do a far better job than other shops around here.

First time leaving a review for a manicure place, but definitely want to share my 5-star experience with everyone. To start off, the booking system was very easy to navigate and manage, and I got a spot on the same day easily (since it's a work day). The staff were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My manicure turned out absolutely perfect--very clean and precise. My technician Mary is great and her attention to detail was fantastic. Lastly, I love the atmosphere and the vibes at this spot. The interior is lovely while they play chill pop music. It was very relaxing and I'll be coming back for my next manicure.

Reasonable prices and cute interior. I got the essential urban manicure. The girl really knows what she's doing. She was so fast when shaping my nails and it was done better than other techs I had in the past. I usually dislike people cutting my cubicles but this session was painless.

I love going to UNB to get my nails done by Quini! She's always able to execute whatever my visions are and she does it so so well. I usually get pretty anxious getting my nails done but the staffs and the atmosphere here at UNB always makes me feel so relaxed

The quality of the service was great! I had an inspo of the type of nails that I wanted. Quini was able to make that happen. She also suggested alternative colors that would be better for my skincare. I got a gel manicure with Tier 3 nail art. I would highly recommend coming here!

Best manicure and pedicure I have had in quite a while. Results were perfect, and the gel manicure lasted almost a month. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.

I'm definitely one of those folks that started doing their own mani/pedis during the pandemic and have pretty much stopped going to nail salons all together. Except today I had some time to kill on the Fremont area and decided to treat myself to a pedicure, so I scheduled a same day appt at UBN and it was so worth it!! The decor is super modern, the space is huge, and the vibes were perfect. I love how you can pick your polish from QR code menu instead of having to shuffle through a big ring of painted nail samples like in other salons. My nail tech Jenny was very friendly and easy going and she did a great job on my toes! I loved my experience and would highly recommend!
