Edit: (added 2 stars for great customer service)Manager Kaylee contacted me after the review was posted to let me know that this (see review below) is their process for a French manicure. She graciously offered me the opportunity to return and get a gel French mani but I declined since I’m not able to wear gels at work. Though I wish I had known that this was their standard process before deciding to do an French mani here, I do appreciate them contacting me immediately after seeing the review and trying to fix it. I knew I liked this place right when I walked in and was greeted with a friendly face and a hint of lemongrass in the air. I booked an appointment for 30 min nail art, brought in my inspiration pics from Pinterest and worked with the nail technician to come up with the design, color and accents. She did each nail and confirmed we were on the same page before finalizing both hands.I love how honest and upfront Tin was on what she could do since I've been burned too many times where I was upcharged for nail art and it came out horribly. Urban Nail box did such an amazing job for my wedding nails. We had a party of 7 and they were so accommodating. My nails turned out so well. This was our first time coming to this location and it won’t be our last. Thank you!Services: Foot massages
