Aspen is such a wonderful massage therapist! She listened to me, asked questions when I first came in, and checks in throughout the massage. I always feel so relaxed and refreshed upon leaving! The front desk staff are all so sweet as well!

Love the magnolia location. The admin staff are always really friendly and helpful. I struggled to get appointments in the past but it is easier now that they accept more insurance plans. looking forward to my next massage!

I arrived at the wrong location in Magnolia for my first visit. The front desk staff was kind and understanding despite my mistake and quickly checked me in when I made it uptown. I had a great experience with the massage as well-- very relaxing. John was professional and skilled, I recommend! Thank you unravel team.

I like this place. Last massage I had with Alysia was really bad experience and not relaxing, she made me uncomfortable instead of relax.Edit: so after leaving this review admins don't schedule me anymore because I made the therapist "uncomfortable" which is literally the opposite of my review. And they canceled an appointment that another admin scheduled for me and they said because the therapist had covid symptoms. Then they would say like earliest appointment is like next month or something so I don't schedule anything, even when I asked them what's the earliest availability next month they wouldn't say anything.

Lovely spa and store! Really thoughtfully put together, and this new location is conveniently located for my work commute. I’ve had massages from a variety of therapists at Unravel and they’ve all been awesome. I also like to shop at their stores for all my gift needs - such cute stuff!

Great neighborhood spa with a cute boutique out front. My massage was relaxing and delightful. My therapist was attentive and was able to work out most of my knots! Looking forward to coming back.

Admin totally wasted my time. Cancelled me, then rebooked me, and they messed it up. Masseusse is great. But the admin there is a total mess.
