I've only been a patient here for a couple years, but it's been amazing. My prior experience with doctors felt extremely impersonal and, not uncaring, but sort of distant? Not really engaged. But here, my doctor was immediately engaged, recommended follow-ups about their concerns, followed up on my concerns, answered my questions... And I thought it was just my doctor (who is great), but then she was in vacation and I had to see another doctor.... Who proved to be just as attentive and caring. This clinic strikes me as staffed by people who are motivated to help people first, and it is SO REFRESHING.
The Beltown Clinic has an amazing knowledgeable staff. The providers are very helpful and make sure to cover all bases in your care. If they can't help you there they will refer you to who can.
They have an in site lab with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They are good vampires.
I see Dr. Tebbs at this facility. She is amazing. Professional and knowledgeable but also very caring and personal. I also give 5 stars to the people at the front desk and the lab! I’ve been listened to here and that has helped my healing. Thank you team!
