They are closed!!! Do not buy gift cards as they will tell you that you cannot get a refund because you will have to go to Yakima to redeem or with product. I would not have a problem if I had bought this prior to Covid but my son bought this during Covid for mother's day and they took his money (he is 19 years old) on the good faith they would reopen when the restrictions lessened. I even checked two weeks ago and no word this was happening. When I asked for a refund I was told "we are not able to refund gift cards as we still have services available in Yakima and all products can be purchased."

I had a spa day with my mom here a month ago. It was so special. The ladies who took care of us were professional and accomodating. We had our service begin with a cup of tea, and then a hand massage, foot massage and bath, and then into our rooms for a full massage. We also got to take showers before our full massage (but after the foot massage) which I liked. We were very spoiled. The ambiance here is tranquil. This is the perfect place to unwind, and you will leave a new person (or at least a very refreshed one).
